Tonight I was supposed to be drinking beer with a friend from California, but he’s got stuck in FRA. Oh well, no beer today… The bottle stands for lorn, a symbol of the dawn.
Decided to do a quick test of my current handholding abilities in low temperatures, as tonight the temperature dropped to mid-40s. Conclusion: I can keep a decent sharpness up to 1/15th of a second in the cold. When outside temperature is around 70, I can handhold up to half a second, and in the 90s my ability somewhat drops to 1/6th of a second.
That 1/15 result is acceptable, but I’ll need to work more on my technique. Or just use gloves.
