The weather was meticulously balancing on the edge of “Just About To Rain” all morning. But the very moment we’ve packed up and started the car, the clouds were gone. Thanks for dramatic backdrop, Mother Nature!
Today it’s sunny with thunder clouds. Chilly and pretty windy, but once you’ve found cover from the wind, it’s very warm. Red leaves, green grass. Green leaves, yellow grass.
Must’ve something to do with the season.
– Would you like me to wear a suit for our wedding? Or maybe a tux?
– No, I don’t recognize you in a suit, you don’t look like the man I know.
– Then what?
– Blue jeans and flannel, that’s so very you.

For today’s photo I wanted to create something artsy-fartsy. Here in a former USSR it always means black & white. Usually nude, quite often fat and ugly. Or just a still life involving bell peppers or chillies, preferably some severely deformed mutatoes.
Unfortunately I don’t have any bell peppers, chillies
We were packing after a late evening photoshoot…
Me: “Stay right there, the light is just about perfect. How would you like to be photographed?”
Margaret: “We wants it, we needs it. Must have the precious. Gollum! I mean, Nikon!”
Just another day at the office: Ursa Major and a meteor shower…
I just finished photographing the sunset, turned around to my nettle infested camp and found ectoplasm. Plaid, backpack, lantern, even my bike – everything was covered in it. Who you gonna call?
…The source of that ectoplasm was busy exploring my tripod. He didn’t mind me getting into his personal space
